Performance issue while loading List pickers data SSAM2210

Hello Experts,

We are in the process of implementing the Standard SAP Service & Asset manager application 2210 with S/4 Hana & with Standard mobile client downloaded from app store . As part of that, List pickers are taking time to load data in the Creation page(Add Work order, Add Notification , Add Operations and etc).

Did anyone face this issue? please advice what cloud be the problem.

I assume this is just for the Tech objects. what volumes of Equip and Fluc are downloaded to the user's device?

Hi James,

It is not depends on volumes of the records because we have a list picker where it shows 20 records still it is taking time to load.

If it is on the same screen where all list pickers are loading this can still have an impact. if you have a very high volume of Equipment and FuncLocs loaded on the Create/edit WO/Op/Noitf screens, we have observed all list pickers becoming slow on this screen.

Please test with lower volumes to see the impact.
