S4HC business user creation date

Good morning. Our IT systems are currently being audited and along with numerous other things, the active users are being audited. They are asking for the account creation dates which I don't appear to have at all.

All users prior to this current release were created using the import employees app. The valid from dates were as per the CSV template and sadly don't actually have a real helpful date used. Plus this can be changed so is not what they want.

Is there an export or log that I can get this from at all please? Many thanks.

Hi Alan,

Check out the app "Manage Business Partner Master Data". In the Filter section, you can filter by Role like "Employee" and in the table below you can add the column (click on the gear) for Created On.
