Hello everyone,

I have a test VM where I was able to perfectly install and run SAP 9.3 PL5 up to PL 12.
When trying to install PL13 several times, the Server presents the errors below.

Hi fbio.bilicki,

We would ask you to raise an incident to SAP Business One Support Team to get this issue investigated.

Also, include the file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\Common\tomcat\bin\hs_err_pid* in the incident's attachment.

You can provide the reference of this discussion in the incident.

Kind regards,

Hiya

We had the same issue on a AMD Processor Host, Hyper-V 2019, VM Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2017.

The solution was to switch on processor compatibility for the virtual machine.

After this change the B1ServerTools started with no problems.

Regards,

S.A.

Hi Sriram,

i confirm that the only windows server version available for SQL Server 2017 is WS 2016 meaning that MS 2019 is not yet supported for 9.3.

thanks

Hi s.sriram,

Yes, I have checked it.

Windows Server 2019 is listed under Operating Systems tab. Here, we are talking about the Operating Systems not the Database Platforms.
