Dear SAP Supporter,
We have issues when config send notification from S4/HANA to SAM 2205.
We have done follow this link - Activating Default Push Services for SAP Service and Asset Manager - Cloud Foundry | SAP Help Portal
But when we test create notification on back-end system, the notification is not pushed to SAM.
We cannot found recipient in admin portal.
Please help us check and fix it.

it seems to be issue with scenario ID - configuration in config panel. Kindly check if it is added and active
1. Config panel - > Push Scenario definition - check respective PUSH should be in active state.
2. Config panel -> oMDO configuration -> SAP_<pushobject>_PUSH - > data filter - check SCENARIO_ID - should be matched with step 1 config scenario oMDO.
also check work order assignment type should be matched with SAP_<push object>_PUSH oMDO and SAP_<SAP Object>_Generic oMDO.

glad to hear.it resolved the issue. for in push queue generally status will automatically change (New - > in progress -> completed) based on push notification received in mobile device.
kindly validate if all eligible end users received push notification or not.
we no need to change any status manually in push queue.
