Security tile in EWA

Hi I have been looking at the EWA workspace and there is reference to a security section where you need certain authorisations for it to become available.

Where can i get more information on this as I cannot see how to add this anywhere

i have my ewa reports tile in my launchpad and it maybe you need to add auths to your S-userID ... can you screeshot this reference that you are after?

btw i think the assigned tag is wrong?
