Hi All, Our company sign AMC for preventive and repair work - Onsite and Inhouse. Company asks to send Equipment to Inhouse Workshop for Preventive work. Here Customer Equipment is held for 1 week.
We are following SM01 Order type way. I want to ask is there a way we can do return and outbound delivery to show that customer equipment is inhouse. Just in case for extra work which are not covered in Contract are included in Service Order. How to create Quotation from SM01 Order type.
In case if we follow SM03 Order type way in which we can do return and outbound deliversy how to settle costs to contract and take Contract Price agreement while doing Resource related billing.
