Ship From field in Sales Order confirmation Form

Hi,

I am unable to find out the "supplier and Fulfillment name" in the sales order confirmation form.

e.g: Company A is delivering the goods from different site (or) from the third party supplier to Company B. For efficient tracking purpose Company B is need to see the ship from location in the sales order confirmation form

Hi Janarthanan,

I have checked in our internal test systems and the Sales Order Confirmation form does not contain this information either.

In this case, it is necessary to customise your template.

There are different methods to do so, from extension fields to using the SDK (Cloud Application Studio), however, in your case, the information already exists in a standard field.

I would advise making a copy of the standard template first, open it with Adobe Livecycle Designer and do a binding on the Ship-from and Fulfillment, provided they are available.
