SPRO configuration to track changes to Batch master field MCHA-SGT_SCAT(stock segment)

Hello Experts,

I seek your guidance on whether there is an SAP standard SPRO configuration available to track changes to the MCHA-SGT_SCAT field (stock segment) in the Batch master. If such a provision does not exist in the standard SAP configuration, could you please suggest alternative options to track changes to this field?

The goal is to be able to view the changes in the MSC4N transaction.

I'm not sure if table CDHDR has the information you need.

Because this field is not used in my system.
