System details when Report an Incident

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the SAP Partneredge portal.

When I try to raise an incident to SAP for some of the customers, I cant see the systems for selection.

See the screenshot below for reference.

Please let me know if anyone has this solution.

Hello Dipen,

From the shared screenshot, it seems like there is no system name been created for the selected customer. Please refer to attached image 9456a7c6-0f92-4f80-b0f3-d7c1e728f398.jpeg

After the system is been added, you will be able to create the support ticket.

I have checked but I cant see the option to create system. Can you please let me know if you have steps to create system.
