Our system is not in listed while creating new incident ,shows "no system found"
Hello Surendra,
You can create the incident/case from the SAP for Me by selecting different product for time being and mention the system details for which system/solution you are facing issue so that it can be redirected to right team or you can directly reach out to Customer Interaction Center(CIC) to create case on behalf of you.
Further you can reach out to your CEE and give this feedback to them, so that they can assist you.
