Hello Experts,
Once TR is released from Dev system and imported in QA/PROD system I see that transport log is not updated in DEV system(checked in Eclipse ADT) to show whether TR is imported in QA/PROD or not.
To verify, I have to go in QA system and check the TR.
Did any one face this issue or is other any other way to check TR log in S/4 HANA Public cloud.

The transport log of a transport request does not reflect the import details of the changes into other systems in the landscape.
Instead, in S4 HANA Cloud systems, one could use the 'Import Collections' app. The app can be used to review the import state of all collection types.

Thanks for your reply.
I checked Import Collection app in QA system and here it shows TRs imported in QA system and forwarded requests.
Looks like there is no away to find QA and PROD imported TRs directly from Dev or QA system.
