Update live location of the device on SSAM

Hi All,

We are planning to use standard functionality of sending the live location of the device from SSAM to SAP. I know this is standard functionality of SSAM 2210, but unfortunately i cant find any documentation which explains the process to activate and use. Can anyone please share the documentation link for the same?

Did you try enabling CA_LOCATION_UPDATE?

It's applicable for Maintenance Technician & Service Technician Personas.
