Updating Database to new version

Hello

We are SAP B1 9.3 patch 6. If I want to upgrade the database to a new version, I believe you have run the SAP upgrade wizard. Can you please tell me where I can download this?

Also, if you're upgrading to the latest 10 version, I assume you have to download multiple versions of the wizard.

We are using SQL.
