What is the table or report for defect recording on inspection lot only without a notification?

Hi QM Guru,

We can record defect against inspection lot without creating a notification for further actions.

I'd like to know what is the report for this type of defect recording.

For this type of inspection lot, they get NOTE system status. I can not find the table or report for the defect recording.

Hi Sally,

To my knowledge those defects created with reference to an inspection lot without further processing of the Quality Notification are still stored in table QMEL and can be reported with transaction QM10/QM11.

QM15 is for Defect report.

I realized as long as defect recording is done, a notification is created.
