Where can I find quality inspection record that tied with Purchase Order?

I'm MM buiginner and would like to find QM information that tied with one PO. In my understanding usual purchasing needs to quality inspection after items are received. So I think PO and QM information is able to tied. Does anybody let me know which T-code and tables that is able to find it?

You can use QA32 transaction to get purchase order information in quality inspection lot records.
