which Business Function should be activated for trans code FMPEPE

When I execute FMPEPE (easy multi-year budget entry in FM-BCS), I message to activate relevant Business Function.

I have gone through SAP documentation but can not find relevant business function to be activated.

Please help and thanks!!

Hello Ravi,

In order to activate FMPEPE, you have to define your own Z Business Function:

  To do so, go to transaction SFW2:  enter the business function ZFMPEPE

Choose the type ‘G’ :

Then assign the switches PSM_FM_BCS_FMPEP_REV
and PSM_FM_BCS_FMPEP_2_REV :

Save and Activate the business function.

Last step: go to transaction SWF5 and
activate the custom Business Function.

Thanks Pierre and excuse me for delay as I had to go through lengthy admin process to get this one done.

In trans code FMPEP_ADMIN, I have assigned myself to TEMPLATE RAVI.

When I execute FMPEPE, I get following error:

User RXK104 is not assigned to any user group.

I am part of user group CAS_FIRM.

Can you use transaction SUGR to add your user to user group CAS_FIRM?
