RFQ error in message box

Dear All,

We have configured RFQ in sap b1. We have done all the setup and checked all the functionality as per sap note.

We have configured mail server also. But when we create sales quatation it gives error in message box. There is no specification in error.

How can we identify the error details.

I have attached all the screenshot.

Do you receive test email successfully?

Do you see any error in Integration framework -> Monitoring -> Message log?

Dear Nidhi,

Yes we have tested email successfully.

In message log, we cant see any logs.
