RISE - SAP S4 HANA Private cloud edition - Guidelines for China deployments

Hi RISE experts, 

Can you help answer this question around China deployments ?

As part of their global S/4 HANA template + Rollouts on RISE , many Multi- national companies may be planning for deployments in China . In this regard, I have these questions around accessing Cloud platform services hosted outside China.

1. What are the guidelines for RISE with SAP in China to access the Cloud platform services hosted outside China, especially when the current Data Centres are outside China(may be in Europe)  ? –specifically around Security Laws, Firewall restrictions etc . basically details around  a)Cloud Platform Services – CPC components and b) S/4 deployments in China – data restrictions etc .
2. Is it possible to access the Dev / QA (non production systems) used by the Project for the rest of the European countries (through earlier wave wide deployments of entities / countries in Europe for example ) now within China ?
