I don't know if they were able to find the solution, the same thing is happening to me, once it passed through the outside, it will be transferred to the internal network and the connection will fail.

Hi,

I would like to ask if you have an effective solution. I have the same problem now. The web client can only be accessed inside the server. Once it passes through the outside, it will be transferred to the internal network and the connection fails. I tried to pass the mapping, but Finally failed。

Hi,
Your question is not very clear.
But if you want to access Web Client from WWW:
  1. Create a port forwarding entry in your router to forward specific port to your SAP Web Client server.
  2. Make sure your SAP server has it's port open in the firewall.
  3. Check you external IP Address.
  4. You may need to add your server name and ip address to windows hosts file. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

Regards
Edy
