Hello All,

SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA FP 2008.

In of the client PC, I am facing the error while login into SBO.

"Connection to the database is lost; contact your system administrator (ODBC -1102)"

Some following measures I have taken already.

I have re-installed SBO and all its component from client PC.

Deleted the files from user profile and temporary location.

Restarted the Linux Server.

Copied the SBO installation files from working client to the current client PC.

I can easily connect to the Browser Access Service and SLD from same client PC.

If someone has gone through the same, please help me out with solution.

Thanks & Best Regards.

Manish

Hi manish.pant005,

Refer to SAP Notes 3020474 and 2825180 for this issue.

We would suggest to check the issue in the latest feature package.

Kind regards,

Hello ankit.chauhan1,

Thank you for always supporting.

But I have tried all these suggestions also, but it didn't work.

Since this error is coming only in one client PC, we cannot upgrade to new feature pack right now.

Thank You and Best Regards.

Hi ,

After database is not used it it is shutdown automatically so you need to start the database again.

Check the database status in as attached.database-state.png

Hi ravindra.ghangurde2,

I had already tried restarting Linux Server and HANA DB.

It does not work.

I had to reinstall windows and install everything again and now it's working.

Thank You and Best Regards.
