SAP Business One API Gateway Service Browser Access Issue

Am trying to access the SAP Business One API Gateway service URL from the browser but facing Whitelabel error. Can anyone help me out with this.

Any specific requirement to use it like this in the Web Browser?

You should check the same in a Rest Client like Postman. Are you able to login successfully using the Postman?

Hi Ankit,

We are using API Gateway Service to generate crystal report PDF in the web application but we are getting CORS issue there is no option to enable CORS for API Gateway Service. So am trying to login into API Gateway Service in Separate browser tab.

How can we login into API Gateway Service from browser?

Yes, using postman am able to login into API Gateway Service but from browser am not able to login.

Currently, there seems no convenient way to enable CORS in the config file.

You are asking for a functionality which is currently not implemented. SAP Business One uses the Customer Influence site https://influence.sap.com/SAPBusinessOneImprovements for collecting, tracking, and prioritizing of requirements.

Please see and follow the recommendations in SAP Note 1028874, section B to post your requirement in SAP Business One Customer Influence site.
