Sync Users from Success Factors to S/4: Change of Worker ID prossible?

Dear Support Team,

our SuccessFactors Team is preaparing to rebuild our SF System, and during that they want to get clean Person IDs. As these are synced to our S/4Hana Cloud, there the worker ID would need to be adjusted. 
At the moment, these IDs are sometimes 4 letters and sometimes 6 digits. In Future they want to have it alle the same way.

Is there any option to do this?

It is not possible to change the worker ID from the S/4hana cloud system. This has been transferred from successfactor system. Idle way is to remove the worker from the cloud system by following the below ILM process and then you can rearrange the worker in the third party system to avoid conflicts.
