Terminated employees visible in Worker App

Dear Support,

In our system, all terminated employees are visible in the Worker app. I would just like to ask if this is an expected behaviour? Previously, when the Employment-Workforce app was in use terminated employees were not possible to find and now that only Worker app is available it's causing some confusion for key users.

We are using replication of employments data from SuccessFactors. There is no issue with the replication - you can find that in S/4 PERSON_NAME the employee is inactive after the termination date. My only question is if terminated users should be visible in the Worker App.

Hello Team,

Terminated employees will be visible. Only blocked employees or their blocked assignments won't be visible. During the ILM, the employment is blocked or archived based on ILM policy. Once blocked, it won't be visible. It is the expected behavior.
