When Requirement class No MRP indicator is "1" : MRP run doesnt recognize the third Party Preq generated from Sales order schedule line "DS" with Account assignment category "X" and the components dependent requirements (Planned orders) are not generated and requisition is displayed in MD04 with exception 20 cancel process and 26 Excess in segment ( No other requirement exist.
After this , If Requirement class "No MRP" is changed to Blank then duplicate Purchase req is created with account assignment "M" derived from the Requirement class apart from the one existing in Schedule line in the sales order. This PREQ however generates dependent requirement and planned order for component on MRP run.
I already checked multiple blogs including this one which matches to everything similar, but it doesnt talk about component requirements for the subcontracting and MRP explosion.
