Turn off automatic batch determination

Hi All,

So we get order from our sales team.

and when i use order number on va02 and click on delivery. the outbound generates, and the items comes with predetermined batch. our customer need deferent batch for each order doesn't follow FIFO. So is there a way to turn it off . or delete all the batches from Outbound at once.
