YCOA-Standard GL Renumber to Client GL in Public cloud

Hi Experts,

When convert renumber Standard GL account into Client new GL in Dev system it gives error message for some GL numbers like " posting done in production system" but here Prod system is not yet ready, then why system gives this error message.

Please give me your valuable suggestion
