Automatic transit outbound from export declaration

Hi Experts,

we are using for Netherlands,for Duty unpaid stocks we are Currently using export declarations and after that we are creating the transit outbound document from the export declaration manually. But we want that to automate. Could you please let me know from the export declaration when we receive the inbound message from AGS, automatic a transit outbound document should be created . We are using the latest SAP GTS version and SP.In standard SAP GTS , do we have any option for this ?
