Billing document is missing(VBRK,VBRP), but have accounting doc created

Hi,

Now have an issue that I have an accounting doc witch doc type is RV, but when I use the doc number in VF03 got the error message "Billing document xxxxx does not exist"

VBRK,VBRP don't have any data of that.

This issue resulted in me having useless AR in FBL3N so now I need to reverse that acc doc but even it's the past accouting period.

please give me some suggestions🙏

That accounting document don't have any sales data in VBRK & VBRP so can't find any of  sales order flow.

however according to our creation rule of sales order, I can find a order as below

but there is another one billing doc

When I asked the operator, he said when running VF04 the first attempt was failed without any error return message, but instead got the accounting doc : 900224412（no billing doc) so he running again and got accouting/billing doc : 900224444.
