I have a problem with entry and approval not updated in PAS bank, version SSM 10.1 SP11.
When include a KPI, we found no update on PAS bank.
Any sugestion

Hi Andre,
Make sure:
1- You previously have loaded E&A Model within the E&A user interface
2- Check the E&A error log log on the server, if there has been whatever error, data will not be loaded for your E&A variables.
