Boa tarde pessoal!
Estou configurando o SCAN para a NFE 10.0 e estou recebendo do meu scenario BATSR_BatchStatusRequestProcess a seguinte mensagem:
<cStat>999</cStat>
Agradeço desde já qualquer ajuda.

Sigfrid, boa tarde.
A respeito do Web Service você informou:
"Não alterei nada no webservice da SEFAZ RS (estamos usando essa SEFAZ para testes do SCAN), pois acredito que nao preciso simular a SEFAZ RS "fora do ar".."
Na verdade você precisa ter o Cenário de SCAN configurado no PI, onde os Canais de Comunicação apontem para os Webservices de SCAN e não da SEFAZ RS:
Serviço | Versão | URL |
---|---|---|
NfeRecepcao | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeRecepcao2/NfeRecepcao2.asmx |
NfeRetRecepcao | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeRetRecepcao2/NfeRetRecepcao2.asmx |
NfeCancelamento | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeCancelamento2/NfeCancelamento2.asmx |
NfeInutilizacao | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeInutilizacao2/NfeInutilizacao2.asmx |
NfeConsultaProtocolo | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeConsulta2/NfeConsulta2.asmx |
NfeStatusServico | 2.00 | https://hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/SCAN/NfeStatusServico2/NfeStatusServico2.asmx |
E sim, você precisa simular a SEFAZ fora do ar parando o Canal de Comunicação referente ao Service Status Check da SEFAZ RS, conforme o Viana perguntou.
