HI, am interested in how you handle Documentary Inspection Notifications from customs? if they go to the same mailbox as the Release pdf, how to make them appear in GTS declaration and how then to make them come to the attention of the user in a timely manner?
We have asked whether its possible to send all declarations to a second mailbox but this feels like a workaround. It would be good to get the notifs into GTS and then somehow get the attention of the users.
