Business Rule - Contract End Date - 2022 2H Release

Good day,

Has anyone encountered where the previous business rules were effective, but since the 2H Release the rules are invalid? On all instances the rule has the same error message and not able to replicate back to the original implementation.

How can one overcome this, by enabling the original business rule details as per implementation?
