Besides the field character standard limitation, when using Georgian Unicode text (maybe other Unicodes have the same issue) character capability is even lower than the standard. For example, the latest goal management allows 2000 characters for the description field, but when using Georgian Unicode this number is even lower. Same for the job responsibility name.
If there is a standard solution, or if there are any changes planned, or if there is a workaround?
