ECP_ Code Value Mappings

Hi Experts,
I am performing Code Value Mapping between EC values and ECP values for all the EC data types (Event , Event reasons, Pay Components and others)

Here, do I have to map each value one by one or is there any option to mass assign the object values of EC with ECP.

Please advice, as we have 100+ Payscale levels, 60+ Time types, 70 Event reasons and lot more in huge numbers, so is there any way to mass map the values in SAP.

Hi Hari,

I am afraid there is no other option other than mapping it individually.

For master data (like per area, subarea, wagetypes, payscale,etc.,)---mapping has to be done individually.

The only other way is to create a Z program which can update the mapping tables based on the file downloaded from EC. But the effort would be more for such an one time activity.

If you know of any other option-kindly post the same.
