Employment Details Portlet Workflow not triggering even though it appears in rule log

Good evening,

I have created a workflow such that if the value of a field is changed, it should trigger. I can even see it in the rule tracking log as SUCCESSFUL but I still don't see it working. I don't understand why this is happening, if it is appearing in the rule log... can you help me please?

• Employment Details supports Employment Information or Employment Information Model as Base Object for Business Rule.
• The workflow should be assigned to employmentInfo.

Hello Alina,

But employment information as far as i know is only for the add new employee UI and i only want the workflow happen in the Porltet of the employee profile. Is Employment Details models not supported?

No, Employment information isn`t only for New Hire wizard.
