Our customer is planning to use SharePoint as a Document Management System in SuccessFactors via CPI. The requirement is to collect all documents in a custom mdf in Employee Profile with SharePoint URL in a field in custom mdf.
We would like to call CPI endpoint url whenever user clicks on the SharePoint URL. Could you please confirm if there are any events available that can be used to trigger CPI endpoint url. Similar to rcm_assessment_alert.
Or Anything is possible via Intelligent Services, since we couldn't find any relevant events there to trigger.
Please advise whether this is feasible from custom mdf.
