Currently I am trying to fetch the job description which is maintained in Job Profile Builder in Long description section via business rule to a placeholder in the PDF document that will be generated in the document flow step for the onboardee signature. Do you have any experience in that kind of workaround and can share a good practice for configuring this kind of business rule? I am trying to use a Lookup to fetch it, but not sure how the system will recognize which JD profile he should consider while feeding the placeholder (it has to reffer to job code = JPB profile of the position that onboardee will be hired on).
Since it is a Legal requirement I need to find a way to do it in Onboarding, however my business rule seems to not be complete..
Do anyone has experience in that and could help out with good practice?
