How to make SF Global Header more inclusive for visually impaired people ?

The new Global header available in SuccessFactors has not been designed for visually impaired people

in order to notice any information in Global Header they have to zoom to 200% in order to notice the details.

Here is the results when accessibility features are turned OFF : 

Even after enabling Accessibility Features in Employee settings : 

 Here is the results when accessibility features are turned ON : 

The result is globally the same : 

not readable in zoom 100%

only readable in zoom 200% but the rest of the application requires to scroll upward and sideway, which makes the whole application unusable in these setting.

we are using employee picture in SuccessFactors product to differentiate Test User from real production Users.

These is no longer possible for old people or visually impaired people to make the difference.

we have also received complaints from people, they can barely recognize themself when being logged in due to the size of the Employee Picture in the Circle.
