Integration Center - Level in Org Field

In reporting, we can pull a field from Global Job Information > User > Users Team Info > Level in Org (field display name). Is this field reportable from integration center as well? If yes, how do you get to this data.

Info on this field, I can see that is is a number assigned of where people fall in the org chart. Example below:

0-Chairman (count 1)

1-CEO (count 1)

2-CFO and/or CIO and/or COO (count 1+)

3-VP (all in the org; count 1+)

4-Manager under VP (all in the org; count 1+)

5-Employees under Manager (all in the org; count 1+)

The Users Team Info > Level in Org is not part of the Integration Center capabilities today.

the information level in org is transient information: it ‘s calculated on the fly to be accurate.

storing these information will cause some potential gap between the actual level and the stored level depending on the frequency of the job scheduled to store the information.

You can export with adhoc report the level in org . Look at employee profile domain or objective domain.

you will need to have a standard field to store these information. The logical one to use is level.

Make sure to enable it and permission it thru RBP.

Finally import the data coming from the adhoc report into these standard field using

Integration center inbound integration.

Make sure to schedule the job once a day to limit the gap between the actual value and the stored value in level field.

if you have integration reading these information , make sure the schedule is after the adhoc export and IC innound job have runned.

after a month compare the result during the day of the adhoc report value with the standard level value to identify if you need more frequent executions than once a day.
