Is it OK to delete Users from the S4Hana Public Cloud system?

Just a question,  Are we OK in deleting business users in S4 PERSON_NAME Public Cloud?  I assume there are no impacts, such as transactional data which have the deleted users ID attached to it

Basically, we want to delete locked users in the system.

Yes, you can delete them and the data of the deleted users in the transactional data remains as it is but there is no impact.
