Need to add a column ( employee Status ) in Talent Pool Filters

Hello Everyone

I want to add a column "employee status" which will show if the user is active / inactive in a Talent Pool. Please let me know if this is possible.

I need this to keep a track of those users who are active and became inactive in sf system .

I have referred to kba- https://me.sap.com/notes/2856829 . also  documentation on help.sap.com.

I was planning to add a custom field in Manage Talent pool field settings >> which comes from custom standard element in  MBCUI and was planning to map it to emplstatus HRIS sync mapping)as per kba- https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2510530 & kba-  https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/E/2505526  but didnt perform as this may have impact on other features.

Thanks for your request. 

Besides the Division, Department, and Location, configurable fields in Talent Pool include employee’s talent flags and 15 custom fields from employee profile. You can configure the custom fields via Admin Center. 

Inactive user cannot be nominated to Talent Pool. If the nominates have changed to inactive user after nomination, there is no field can be used to show the inactive status. If customer needs to support this case, feel free to raise an influence request.
