I have a problem in Practice mode, in one step I have two actions together, drag and drop, but when I start the simulation it only shows me the drop bubble, ignoring the drag action. How is it possible to solve that?
That's just how the product works in Practice mode - you get one bubble for both the drag and the drop - containing both texts, one after the other (and both actions in the same step). Otherwise it would flip to the second bubble as soon as you started dragging. If you don't like that, you can move the Drop to its own step (and copy the same Screen). Or you can hide one of the texts and put all your instructions in a single bubble.
When you record a drag and drop in Producer, it creates a message bubble that explains what must be dragged and where it should be dropped. Is that message bubble appearing? Can you modify the instructions in that message bubble to make it clear what the user is to do?
