1H 2024 Release - CMP-24566 - Import not working with XLSX format on Executive Review

Hi Team,

We are testing the 1H 2024 release items and found that the import feature with XLSX format is not working as mentioned in the release notes.

Am receiving the attached error. 

Any other customer facing this issue? What is the possible solution on this?

Hi @BalajiNudurupat ,

I tested this yesterday and did not receive any errors.  Can you please attach the error?  Also, please have a look at this blog and ensure you are following the same steps. Understanding the Executive Review Import feature - SAP Community

I have found that the functionality is not supported if compRating is configured.  Please also check that.

Hi @CSmith,

I have all the permissions setup correctly, but still receiving the same error.

I raised an incident in the SAP SF support and they got back to me saying it is a known issue and the product team is working to fix it.

I will wait until I receive a fix on this.
