Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue where home address is not populating in Canada Compliance forms. The addressType picklist Ids are correct, all permissions are in place, the new hire is able to complete personal data collection step in ONB 2.0 but address is not populating when the new hire tries to sign compliance forms. The rest of the information like First name, last name, SIN etc. is populating.
Is there any reason for this?

Hi Kristen,
It got resolved, although it was a long time ago but I think in our case, the Non-unique External Code was different than the external code. e.g for home, the non-unique external code was Home (with a capital H). When we changed the non unique external code, the issue got resolved
