Hi all, I'm looking for assistance. We're aiming to improve our document routing notification. And so I tried turning on HTML notifications so we could actually create hyperlinks and bolding etc. Only to find the whole thing stuck inside this sticky note designed email. There doesn't seem to be any code addressing it when downloading the code to work with it offline.
Is it possible for us to create an HTML based template without this outer border? We'd like to truly build something from scratch so we can create a professional look.
