Domain Name and SSL Certificate for Career Site

Hi Experts,

I have two questions related to Recruiting Marketing and I am hoping I get an answer here.

1. Client alreay has its existing career site domain as career.<companyname>.com, is it possible that the RMK site can also have same domain i.e. careers.<companyname>.com?

2. They are currently using Wildcard SSL Certificate and want to migrate the same SSL certificate for RMK Career Site, will that work?

filipe.aguiar , can you explain how to upload a wildcard certificate for a new CSB site? do we still generate a CSR for the customer?

Hi Puja.

Answering your questions:

1) Yes. The customer can choose their subdomain and configure this in CSB > Settings > Site Configuration > Site Information tab > Site URL. Ops team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the DNS entry (CNAME) to point their domain to a SF domain.

2) Yes. It's possible. You just need to provide the wildcard cert to Ops team to be imported to the DC. The private key is needed as well.
