EREC: Candidate front-end scenario - Candidate start page giving error

Hi,

We are facing issue in candidate start page in Front end system. External candidate is successfully able to complete the registration process. (Object NA created in the E Rec/ ERP system with RCF_CAND_EXT role). For testing purpose I have removed the e mail verification activity in the system (EHP5 feature).

Once successfully completed the registration, system takes to external candidate start page service. In that service wer are getting a message as u201CUnfortunately system is not available, please try lateru201D.

SLG1 log: No logical system was maintained.

E Recruiting and ECC are in the same box

External Candidate Front end on separate instance.

Following is maintained In Front end system:

Reference user : RCF_CAND_EXT

Reference user role : SAP_RCF_EXT_CANDIDATE_CLIENT

Service user : RCF_UNREGSER

Service user role : SAP_RCF_UNREG_CANDIDATE_CLIENT

Any suggestion would greatly help...

Hello Ritesh,

Are you using CSL because only in that case you would have to configure the table?

Your issue seems still be more mis-matched RECFA setting customizing. Could you please post how and what you have configured in T77S0 for the distributed scenario?

The issue has been resolved now. The error was due to incorrect naming convention being used for RFC creation. Once it was changed to SystemidCLNTclient id, it started working. We did not maintain the table for CSL.
