Onbarding dashboard

In the Onbarding dashboard beside the new hire name we have quick card with some basic details but for the new hire we are not geeting those details like loaction, manager .can you please say why

Maybe can be permissions in the role that are seeing the Onboarding Dashboard New. Please review the permission roles that you have to enter in this dashboard y check that if have the employee data permissions.
