Reporting on Recommendations in LMS

I need a way to pull data from the LMS that would allow me to see which items were recommended by a system AP and the users they were assigned to. does such a report exist already in the LMS?

I know this question is three years old, but I would also like to have this information. Was this question answered elsewhere?
