'View Team Absence' Peer View

Hi,

I have a question regarding the 'View Team Absence' in SAP SF EC when viewing annual leave.

I know that a manager can see the absences of their team in view team absence, however is it possible to allow the team to view their peers absence.

For example, if I want to book 1 week off, is it possible to view the absence of my colleagues/peer (who do not report into me).

I have managed to give them the calendar view but peer absence are not visible.

Yes, It is possible to for a normal employee to view team absence calendar. You need to enable permission manage time > access workbench.

If you refer to an employee seeing peers in the team absence view, that is totally possible and totally RBP related.
